“My approach is not only looking at the form and spirit of the human figures as in traditional works. I pay particular attention to the feelings and thoughts, as they are important expressive tools in creation. At the end, though the animal and nude series appear quite different from the basic structures, both display the same kind of direction in my visual language investigation. Some of my subjects are quite beautiful, others less so. My goal is to inspire those who see my work to look more carefully at the world around them, to discover the reality of life in unusual places.”
