Cancellation and Refund Policy:

3. Returns:: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork is damaged or defective upon arrival.

4. Damaged or Defective Artwork: In the event that artwork arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate the refund or replacement process.
