I am Amiya Nimai Dhara. I was born in a small archaeological village. I belong to the Burdwan district of West Bengal. India. The theme of my art is the journey of life of the people of this small village. In my artworks I tell the story of daily life. The memories of my days as a shepherd keep coming back in my art. Compositions with cows are one of my series. In my art, the scene of the countryside is trees and rural surroundings. I always draw from them. I am an artist, an experimental, new thinking artist, and all my works prove my versatility. My thoughts, my ideas always symbolize reality, society, nature, emotions and otherwise express memories of life's journey
